The Business Analyst for the Digital Innovation Program will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for Digital Innovation, and ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of digital and AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for digital and AI applications.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to determine areas for improvement.
Develop and document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications for digital and AI projects.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and features for the development team.
Validate the needs of the business end-users and use this information to create epics and draft user stories and obtain sign-off and alignment from business teams.
Define acceptance criteria based on the specifics of the user story and establish test cases and collaborate with business to ensure alignment and agreement.
Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and IT teams to design and successfully implement digital and AI solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital and AI initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
Assist in the development of training materials and user guides for digital AI tools and applications.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of digital AI solutions.
Stay updated on the latest digital and AI trends, technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst for a minimum of 5 years, preferably with a focus on AI or technology-driven projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must have experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, and tools such as Azure DevOps and/or Jira.
Working knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Working familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and PowerBI.
