Job Description

Valasys Media is a Global Integrated Marketing and Sales process outsourcing company that specializes in helping companies to build sales pipelines with qualified opportunities and reduce their sales cycle for their products/services portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and manage teams across multiple digital marketing disciplines including PPC, SEO, Web Development, Graphic Design, and Video Editing.
Provide guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure high performance and quality deliverables from each team.

Client Work Delivery:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all UAE client projects, ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Manage project timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and communicate with clients to meet their expectations and business objectives.

Strategy & Execution:

Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support client goals across various digital channels.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve better results.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality, creativity, and technical performance.
Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with the team to maintain and enhance service delivery.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and business objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts by showcasing marketing capabilities and success stories.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong expertise in PPC, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex digital marketing projects.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
Leadership and team-building abilities.
Ability to drive projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
Understanding of UAE market dynamics is a plus.
