Job Description:
Hours: Monday - Friday, up to 45 (some hours outside of this as required).
Work hours: EST shift (07:00 PM to 04:00 AM).
It will be a fixed shift.
Location: Office 801, 8th Floor, Cerebrum IT ParkB3, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, 411014.
Length: Permanent position with a three-month probation period.

Key Management Areas of Responsibility:.
- Lead and manage a team of 5 to 10 Quality Analysts, ensuring efficient task allocation as per directives.
- At least 2 years of core B2B experience.
- Provide mentorship and training to new Quality Auditors and Checkers, aligning them with advanced quality audit techniques.
- Monitor team performance against established metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and high standards.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas of concern.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring clear communication of deadlines and expectations.
- Set clear goals and objectives for QA team members, fostering accountability and focus.
- Empower and motivate the team by making informed, quick decisions that address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Resolve conflicts within the team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Actively seek and incorporate feedback from management to enhance team performance and processes.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review current risks and challenges, motivating the team to develop and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure alignment of quality objectives with broader company goals.
- Adapt to changing demands and challenges, playing various roles as needed to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
- Oversee the identification and rectification of issues identified in both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Manage and maintain the monthly audited database, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of all audit-related data.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality dashboard, providing real-time insights and analytics to monitor key performance indicators and track progress.
- Perform meticulous cross-checks of files and deliverables before final submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
