Inovaare Software Solutions - Quality Assurance Platform Test Engineer (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and plans for our platform testing domain.

- Lead and manage a team of QA professionals.

- Oversee the execution of test plans and test cases.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements (especially within the healthcare domain).

- Conduct quality audits and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality is built into the software development lifecycle.

- Manage the QA budget and resources.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA trends and technologies.

- Mentor and coach QA team members.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in quality assurance and platform testing (4+ years).

- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing QA teams.

- Strong understanding of quality control, quality auditing, quality management, and quality assurance principles.

- Experience in healthcare compliance or a related field.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
