We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Business Head and Project managers and developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, drive engagement, drive leads and close deals. The Social Media Executive will help create and publish compelling content, monitor social media channels and analyse performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Website Management & Content Creation: Maintain the company s website for optimal lead generation
Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Execute digital marketing campaigns including social media, SEO, and PPC
Lead Engagement & Follow-up: Manage leads via calls, emails, and social media, responding promptly
Sales Outreach & Client Meetings: Conduct in-person meetings to demonstrate services and discuss solutions
Closing Sales: Convert leads into clients by showcasing our services value
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends to refine strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent English Communication: Strong verbal and written skills
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in SEO, content creation, and social media
Sales Experience: Client-facing experience with a focus on closing sales
Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate data and optimize performance
Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented: Driven to meet targets and take ownership
Availability for Client meetings: Comfortable with virtual / in-person meetings
