Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of a high-level sales strategy to target UHNI investors, family offices, and institutional capital sources. Build and nurture relationships with a select group of investors to drive capital inflow for media and entertainment-focused AIFs.

- Investor Relations: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with UHNIs and family offices, understanding their investment goals and ensuring the alignment of BetterInvest's offerings with their portfolio strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor, managing complex relationships with senior decision-makers.

- Capital Raising: Lead the fundraising efforts, sourcing capital from UHNI clients, family offices, and institutional investors for BetterInvest's AIFs, particularly in media and entertainment investments. Provide tailored investment opportunities and ensure alignment with investor preferences.

- Market Leadership: Position BetterInvest as a thought leader and strategic partner in the financing space, leveraging deep industry knowledge to build credibility with investors and stakeholders. Drive discussions and collaborations that position BetterInvest as a preferred financing partner in the media & entertainment sector.

- Product Strategy and Promotion: Lead efforts to promote BetterInvest's innovative financing solutions, with a focus on invoice discounting for media projects, demonstrating the value and competitive advantage these products offer to sophisticated investors.

- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee and manage the investor sales pipeline, track and report on key performance metrics, and ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded. Provide senior management with accurate updates on fundraising efforts and investor engagement.

- Industry & Market Insights: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor strategies, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors impacting media & entertainment financing. Provide insights to shape BetterInvest's future product offerings and sales strategies.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure the alignment of investor sales efforts with overall company objectives and operational capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in high-level sales, capital raising, or relationship management, specifically targeting UHNI investors, family offices, and. Extensive experience in alternative investments, private banking, wealth management, or investment banking.

- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the media and entertainment industry, with a focus on investment opportunities and financing models. Experience in alternative investments, including asset-backed and receivables-based financing is highly preferred.

- Network: A strong and established network of UHNI clients, family offices, private wealth managers, and institutional investors.

- Skills: Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to structure and pitch complex financial products to senior stakeholders. Strong leadership abilities with strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities

- Must graduated from IIM or ISB
