Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Build and scale the NBFC business, targeting an AUM of INR 2500 crores within three years (currently at INR 150-180 crores).
- Product Development: Create and launch innovative credit products tailored to the needs of our target market.
- Fundraising and Debt Management: Raise debt and manage capital efficiently to support business growth.
- Risk Management: Implement robust risk management frameworks to safeguard the business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to strategize, execute, and oversee the launch and growth of the NBFC vertical.
- Innovation: Drive innovation and adapt to new trends in the NBFC sector, ensuring our offerings remain cutting-edge and competitive.
Key Qualifications:
- Academically strong, preferably from premier institutions like IIMs or ISB.
- Age below 35, with a strong and fast-paced career trajectory ("rocket career growth").
- Experience in diverse sectors within NBFC, such as Housing Finance, Vehicle Finance, etc.
- Background in relatively new-age NBFCs (e.g., fintech-focused NBFCs); not traditional NBFCs like Sundaram Finance, Aditya Birla, or Bajaj Finance.
- Open to innovation and working in a new category within the NBFC space.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Failed startup entrepreneurs from fintech-NBFCs will also be considered.
