- Financial Planning & Strategy: Leverage your expertise in financial planning to create robust strategies that support Company's ambitious growth plans. Consistently deliver accurate financial reports, while contrastingly exploring innovative approaches to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risks.

- Corporate Development: Your role will demand a consistent focus on evaluating mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, but contrast this with dynamic and creative thinking to seize new business opportunities that keep Company ahead of the curve.

- Investor Relations: Consistently communicate our financial performance to investors with clarity and confidence. Contrast this with a forward-looking vision that highlights Company's unique position in the AI market, turning stakeholders into advocates and partners into allies.

Qualifications:

1. Education: MBA - Finance from Tier 1 College Professional with hands-on experience in Strategic Financials.

2. Experience: 7-15 years of progressively responsible experience in finance roles. Experience in a leadership role within a similar sized organization is beneficial.

3. Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of Financial Controlling, Financial planning, analysis, fund / Cash Flow management, Cost Optimisation, accounting principles, and reporting standards. Familiarity with financial software systems and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

4. Strategic Thinking & Business Understanding: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex financial data, and make informed decisions. Strong business acumen to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.

5. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and people management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

6. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting requirements, and compliance frameworks. Experience in implementing and maintaining effective internal controls.

7. Integrity and Ethical Standards: Demonstrated ethical conduct and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
