Owning account retention ownership of accounts by driving customer relationships that build advocacy in the form of direct revenue growth (i.e., product penetration, user growth, issue resolution, software renewals, NPS, etc.)
Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience. Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward.
Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
Upsell services and products with the brand image.
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
Work closely with the Management initiating and implementing policies and procedures to help customer experience and ease-out operational challenges among inter-departmental stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
Should be technical sound with complete knowledge of Installation & Commissioning.
Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience.
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
Should have experience in Robotics or Industrial Automation.
Accountability and personal organization are essential.
Experience in Customer engagement and Customer satisfaction.
Process oriented, identify process gap and take prevented action.
