Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing data-driven E-commerce growth strategies based on market trends, platform insights, and customer behavior.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing channels to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
- Support the data analytics team by analyzing customer behavior, campaign performance, conversion trends, and other key metrics.
- Prepare reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to enhance user experience, content strategy, and overall marketing campaigns.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improved product positioning, brand visibility, and market share growth.
- Contribute to automation projects, AI-driven personalization initiatives, and the implementation of innovative digital marketing solutions to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry best practices in social commerce, marketplace strategies, and digital advertising trends.
- Participate in management discussions, contributing valuable insights and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college/university.
- Proven experience working at Meta (Facebook) or within the E-commerce industry.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, ad bidding strategies, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, performance marketing, and user acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends
