What You ll Be Doing:

• Define UX Visual Design: Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to ensure seamless and consistent experiences.
• Lead Research Testing: Participate in user research and testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on insights.
• Shape Product Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders to align product design with business goals and user needs.
• Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain visual and brand consistency across all products and platforms.
• Drive Design Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance product experiences through creative and data-driven design solutions.
• Design User-Centric Experiences: Create simple, elegant, and innovative designs that solve user problems and delight users.
• Grow the Design Team: Mentor and lead a team of designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

You ll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Have 5-8 years of experience in fast-paced environments, designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Are a skilled storyteller with a strong ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally.
• Bring expertise in strategic and conceptual design thinking, translating complex problems into elegant solutions.
• Have experience mentoring and leading a team of talented designers.
• Possess a compelling portfolio showcasing high-quality design work and deep design thinking.
• Are proficient in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, and Sketch, with strong information presentation skills.
• Are obsessed with understanding users and solving their problems through thoughtful and innovative design.
