- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Vendor Account Manager to lead and optimize vendor relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency.
- This role involves acting as the primary liaison between the company and vendors, managing day-to-day operations, and developing strategies for long-term, successful partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with vendors to align objectives, ensure timely delivery, and meet quality standards.
- Track and analyze vendor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
- Address and resolve escalated vendor-related issues by coordinating with internal teams to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure vendor compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor activities to protect company interests.
- Evaluate vendor-related processes regularly and implement enhancements to achieve greater efficiency and align with industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, agreements, and performance evaluations.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on vendor performance, compliance, and key metrics.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in vendor management or related roles, with a track record of optimizing vendor partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing performance metrics and preparing detailed reports.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, risk management, and regulatory standards.
