Role Overview:
The Vendor Operations Executive will play a crucial role in supporting and managing the
day-to-day operations of vendors responsible for hiring. This individual will work closely with
vendors to ensure that recruitment and onboarding processes are smooth, helping vendors
meet their hiring goals and ensuring that candidates progress through the critical employment
milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, Human Resources, or a related
field.
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or recruitment,
preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
Skills :
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors and
workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both
vendors and internal teams.
Proficiency in using vendor management systems , recruitment software , and
MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), GSuite is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and suggest process
improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of candidates successfully onboarded through vendors.
Percentage of candidates completing work milestones.
Vendor satisfaction and retention rate.
Reduction in candidate churn rate during onboarding.
Timely resolution of vendor issues related to recruitment and onboarding.
