Key Responsibilities :
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders (customers, sales, engineering, etc.)
- Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations and gather user feedback.
- Analyze product performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new product opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure product success.
Required Skills :
- 8+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather and analyze data to make informed product decisions.
- Experience with product roadmapping and prioritization techniques.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with data analysis and product analytics tools.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g, Jira, Asana).
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
