VGuard - Lead - Business Analyst (3-5 yrs)

Core Roles & Responsibilities for Lead Business Analyst at VGuard:

- Act a single point of contact for all data/business analysis for the category. Sales analysis, Service Analysis, Supply Chain Analysis, Business Modelling & Scenario Planning . Expected to be operational in quantitative & financial analysis, analytics and insights creation

- Assist the annual business planning all channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, eCommerce, Exports, CSD, etc) to have a comprehensive sales and distribution plan

- Conduct regular competition benchmarking - product portfolio & pricing

- Drive scheme optimization while working closely with category team

- Drive planned/adhoc Micro Marketing Plans across planned geographies for the branch/region.

- Interact and collaborate with external consultants in case of strategic initiatives/projects

- Project Management of select strategic / other initiatives

- As part of business analyst team, work closely with key departments/ functions like Marketing, Category Strategy, Finance, Costing, SCM and Production in strategic initiatives

- Exposure to business case creation/ feasibility studies and related areas

- Experience/exposure in transformation initiatives, project' management experience

- Lead a team of business analysts and guide them in day to day work

Must have skills:

- Experience in Monitoring/ Reviewing business & operational performance /financial analysis / variance analysis/ benchmarking/ financial modelling & insights

- Power BI usage and dashboard creation

- High proficiency in Excel & Macros

- Lead a team of business analysts

- Ability to work in matrix organization and multitask

Great to have these skills:

- Prior experience in CRM tools (Ex: SFDC)

- MIS/ Reporting and Monitoring

- Good analytical skills, problem solving

- Good written/ oral communication / language (English/Hindi/ Regional) skills

- Open to ooccasional travel as part of market visits
