Job Description
- Analysis of the various investment proposals in the listed equity/MF/AIF space
- Understand and analyze financial statements/MIS with respect to the portfolio companies
- Meeting existing and potential companies/fund managers
- Building and maintaining financial models of companies in the portfolio andinvestment pipeline
- Preparation of investment memos and presentations to presentthe investment opportunities/analysis to the Investment Committee
- Creating and maintaining trackers for the portfolio and key macro indicators
- Conducting periodic channel checks, bespoke research
Independently manage a bespoke portfolio of direct equities
Qualifications: MBA/CFA or BE Graduates with relevant experience
Key Requirements:
- Min 8-10 years of work experience; Preference for candidates who have led teams
- Candidates with experience of working in Equity Research firms, PE funds, KPO units of global banks/consultancy firms preferred
- Ability to manage and lead teams
- Well connected with the equity investing fraternity
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
