Senior Project Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Experience:
  
• 5+ years in quality engineering, software testing, or QA.
• 5+ years managing a team of quality engineers or testers.
• Proven track record in managing service delivery for QE functions.
• Experience with Agile or other development methodologies.

• Skills:
  
• Strong understanding of QE principles, test automation, and best practices.
• Proficiency in testing tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Experience with test management and defect tracking systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Certifications:
  
• ISTQB certification preferred.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter).
• Familiarity with security testing tools.
• Experience with cloud-based applications and platforms.
