Senior Project Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Experience:
  
• 6+ years in application support or IT service management, with 2-3 years in leadership.
• Proven experience managing 24x7 support for mission-critical applications.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
• Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA), and IT service platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
