Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager Sales to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships while working with US-based telecom companies. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in telecom and digital solutions to manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities within a territory generating annual revenues of $5M to $10M.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth: Drive business expansion and generate new revenue within assigned accounts, products, and regions.
2. Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with strategic goals and targets.
3. Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the telecom industry and specific customer challenges to identify growth opportunities.
4. Partnership Expansion: Explore and establish business opportunities through partnerships with third parties and alliances.
5. Relationship Management: Foster strong professional relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and executive sponsors at client organizations.
6. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and client partnering teams to design and execute targeted campaigns that enhance customer engagement.
7. Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate the companys unique value proposition and capabilities to clients and partners.
8. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market and competitor intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
9. Contract Negotiation: Lead the contract negotiation process for small to medium-sized deals (up to $2M).
