Job Title: Lead Product Engineer Hands-On Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on technical expert with a deep tech background to drive product engineering efforts. Our ideal candidate has experience in small to mid-sized product engineering firms or technology consultancies, working closely with CTOs, VPs, and Directors of Engineering from customer organizations. This role demands a strong technical foundation, a product-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Role Overview: you will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable, customer-centric products. You will work closely with stakeholders, drive technical excellence, and ensure seamless integration of modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and contribute to the technical architecture of enterprise-scale software products.
• Collaborate with CTOs, VPs, and Directors of Engineering from customer organizations to understand business needs and technical challenges.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using microservices and scalable cloud platforms.
• Apply modern software development best practices, including agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to create seamless, user-centric products.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating innovative solutions into the engineering process.
• Optimize and enhance system performance, scalability, and security.

Technical Expertise Required:

• Strong foundation in modern software engineering practices, including agile development, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Expertise in microservices architecture and scalable enterprise applications.
• Experience in software development with hands-on proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Knowledge of automation tools and best practices for software delivery.
