Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales professional to join our team at USAM Technology Solutions Private Limited

As a (Sales) Renewal AutoCAD, you will be responsible for renewing AutoCAD licenses and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers

This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in B2B and corporate sales.

Qualifications And Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B and corporate sales.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and experience with AutoCAD license renewal is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Experience in cold calling and lead generation.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with the IT industry and software solutions is preferred.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Roles And Responsibilities

Renew AutoCAD licenses and ensure timely payment collection.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize renewal rates.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets.

Cold call potential customers to generate leads and expand customer base.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
