Address and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are satisfactorily resolved.
Identify and escalate priority issues as per company guidelines.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
