Job Description: Recruiting Operations Leader
We are seeking a Recruiting Operations Leader to manage recruitment operations within the region, focusing on process excellence, technology enablement, and data-driven decision-making.
Designation : Recruiting Operations Leader
Location : Bangalore (Only Bangalore candidates)
Years of Experience : 5-10 years
Work Mode : Monday to Friday, Work from Office
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's hiring approach to enable recruiters in identifying motivated candidates effectively.
- Drive region-specific recruitment processes that align with global standards while addressing local requirements.
- Train and guide team members and stakeholders to navigate recruitment processes confidently and effectively.
- Facilitate the adoption and effective usage of the CRM and ATS, emphasizing their role in successful hiring.
- Coach team members on the importance of technology utilization and maintaining high-quality data.
- Empower the team to leverage data and reporting tools for informed hiring strategies and stakeholder communication.
- Identify and address knowledge gaps in processes, technology, and data by collaborating with global teams to develop targeted improvement plans.
- Lead the India Operations team by providing coaching, development sessions, and sharing best practices, ensuring accountability for deliverables.
- Oversee RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and adherence to established processes.
- Collaborate with supervisors to assign roles to RPO providers, define KPIs, and monitor their performance, providing updates to leadership.
- Develop and implement audit plans for RPO providers to ensure compliance and address knowledge gaps.
Qualifications:
- MBA Mandatory
- Proven experience in leading integrated recruitment operations, connecting people, processes, technology, and data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights for informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to apply economic principles to drive value-added outcomes.
- Success in collaborating with teams, influencing stakeholders, and providing coaching.
- Experience in driving CRM and ATS adoption and working in a global recruiting organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with Avature or similar recruitment technologies is a significant advantage.
