Opening For QA/Trainer For RCM (US Healthcare)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality analysis, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
  
• Develop and implement process training programs for new hires and existing staff members.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout all aspects of work.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Training role within US Healthcare industry.
  
• Strong understanding of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving skills.
