Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accounts Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of accounting, finance, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience of company secretarial practices, IPO procedures, and SEBI ICDR regulations (Preferable not mandatory). The selected candidate may be required to sign a bond period as per company policy. Immediate or short notice period joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management & Compliance
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, P&L accounts, and balance sheets.
• Assist consultants and ensure compliance with SEBI ICDR, Companies Act, and other financial regulations.
• Handle audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Arranging funds for the company from Financial institution/Banks/NBFC.
• Company Secretarial & IPO Readiness
• Assist in SEBI filings, IPO procedures, and regulatory reporting.
• Assisting consultants and ensuring compliance with ROC, stock exchanges, and other regulatory bodies.
• Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and other secretarial documents.
• Team Leadership & Coordination
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
• Collaborate with auditors, bankers, legal advisors, and financial consultants.
• Develop internal controls and financial strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
✅ Strong knowledge of Company Secretarial practices, IPO procedures, and SEBI ICDR regulations.
✅ Expertise in Tally, ERP, GST, Income Tax, and Financial Reporting.
✅ Prior experience in handling corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

🎓 CA +CS/ CA-Inter or equivalent professional qualification.
🎯 Experience in working with listed companies, stock exchanges, and SEBI regulatory frameworks will be a plus.

🔹 Salary: Base salary starting at 8LPA and negotiable for suitable candidate
🔹 Bond Period: May be applicable as per company policy.
