Manager Finance & Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Prepare monthly income, cost, capex, and transaction reports for circulation to and
• review by budget holders.
• Work in partnership with other members of the Finance team to provide a robust,
• efficient, and helpful business partnering service to budget holders.
• Ensure all information, reconciliation and reporting is produced in a timely fashion to
• enable effective reporting.
• Manage day-to-day financial queries from colleagues and other stakeholders,
• ensuring an efficient and timely response.
• Monitor spending and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and Hospitality Industry & education Industry Standards

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-12 years of experience in Financial management, preferably in the hospitality or Education industry
• CA/CA Inter, MBA in Finance
