Job Description:

Position Summary:
The Sr. Assistant will be responsible to assist and respond to customer inquiries concerning their invoices.
The applicant should have good communication and analytical skills and should be systematic in his approach. The position mandates emphasis on quality and a positive customer experience for both internal and external customers.
