Team Lead - F&A - Mumbai

Job Summary:
This position helps ensure the company makes sound financial decisions. He/She analyzes and interprets client data or identifies trends used by senior managers to make strategic company decisions. This position works on multiple reports simultaneously, focusing on details while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges. He/She collaborates with finance partners across the country to consult on planning and reporting. This position assists others in understanding financial reports, graphs, and charts.

Responsibilities:

• Team Monitoring.
• Month end Closing activities.
• Revenue GL Reconciliation.
• GST reconciliation with books of accounts.
• Looking after Statutory and Internal Audits.
• Looking after interco reconciliation.
• Liaising with counterpart .
• Monitoring the daily scan effectiveness of all India center s Tundra & DWS.
• Monitoring daily testing report of all India centers.
• Looking after Revenue Recovery audit of all India centers.
• Conducting Revenue Recovery training for all India operation.
• Looking after UAT testing for all India DWS machines
• Monitoring timely renewals of stamping certificates by all India locations.
• Reporting of weekly RR performance of all India centers.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Bachelor s Degree or International equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field - Preferred
• Experience with auditing - Preferred.
• Experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Excel and Access)
