Manager - Institutional Sales
Responsibilities:
- Planning periodic sales targets and driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals
- Execute growth targets with each customer account, plan sku wise growth, close and execute promotional/sales activities with customer accounts
- New Customer acquisition: Responsible for the complete business development cycle from prospecting, presentations, negotiations and new customer closures to servicing the account
- Distribution of monthly & weekly sales targets, scheduling store visits wherever necessary and order management monitoring
- Maximize shelf space for the product as per their given objectives
- Joint Business Plan closures with regional customer accounts
- Sub channel wise focus for Institutional Business
- Forecasting- Forecast sku wise sales within accuracy norms every week on a rolling basis to ensure optimum stocks
- Payment collection from customer accounts as per the agreed payment terms
Qualifications: Post Graduate MBA
Must Haves:
- 3 to 4 years of B2B/Institutional sales within FMCG industry
- Experience of handling distributors for Institutional segment
- Experience of working in Delhi NCR territory
- Should have serviced sub channels for Institutional sales such as: Corporate offices, hospitals, schools, colleges, hospitals, Hotels, amusement parks & Highways
- Proficient in Microsoft excel & ppt
