hiring Manager - Corporate Business for Life Insurance Industry.

Location - Goregaon, Mumbai

DESIGNATION - Area Business Head - Corporate Business

RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning:

- Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the Regions allotted

- Identify corporates and brokers with potential to deliver sales targets for the Regions allotted.

- Plan client wise delivery for month-on-month targeted numbers

- Develop direct client base for corporate business

- Upsell and cross sell to the existing corporates Sales growth and cost management

- Ensure simultaneous focus on sustainable profitability and volumes

- Monitoring monthly sales targets and performance review with the Regional Business Head - Corporate Business

- Develop plans to increase sales productivity

- Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations Customer satisfaction and retention

- Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling requests from time to time.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

- At least 5 years (In Insurance or Mutual Fund Industry)

- At least 3 years of experience in Fund Business or Corporate Relationships.

- Experience in dealing with at least mid-level officials of small, mid and large size Corporates.

- Experience in selling financial products

- should have B2B sales and not retail.

- should have the experience of interacting with the ManCom/CXO Members of the companies
