- Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible- of the sales business, focusing on numbers, actionable items, implementation and coordination.
- The desired Institutional Sales Manager will be an individual who strives to achieve their goals.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- As an Institutional Sales Manager - Institutional Sales, you will be responsible for Onboard Big Parties/ Distributor in focus state and ensure business with them for Own Company Product.
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to find gaps and develop business strategy.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners.
- Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with institutional customers.
- Education & Experiences- Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience in Agri-Input sector(Biologicals, Fertilizers, Pesticides) in 4-5 states at least.
- Proven track record of developing markets and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in negotiating and closing contracts with clients.
Qualification - Graduate/PG in Agri-Science or related fields.
- Agri-InputsBiologicals/Fertilizers/Pesticides exposure is a must.
- Experience Required: 1-3 years in Agri-Inputs (Biologicals, Fertilizers, Pesticides).
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills -reading, emailing, speaking.
- Should have good team management skills.
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial skills.
- Good convincing ability to ensure leads are turned to Sales.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently in complex and challenging environments.
