Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for onboarding large distributors/institutions/large FPOs/customers in GPC Agrochemical.
Institutional Sales Manager will ensure procurement as well as provision of required products to service their customers.
The Manager will be in charge of the sales business, focusing on numbers, actionable items, implementation and coordination.
The desired Institutional Sales Manager will be an individual who strives to achieve their goals.
Institutional Sales Manager has the potential to grow in this organization in a period of 3-6 months.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a DGM - Institutional Sales, you will be responsible for :
- Onboard Big Parties/ Distributor in focus state and ensure business with them for Own Company Product.
- Ensure to onboard them on AGRICUL platform and Develop distribution models with them.
- Onboard SME / Big Parties and provide solutions for white-label.
- Owns the Revenue, P&L and additional metrics for the vertical.
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to find gaps and develop business strategy.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners.
- Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with institutional customers.
Education & Experiences:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience in Agri-Input sector in 4-5 states at least.
- Proven track record of developing markets and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in negotiating and closing contracts with clients.
- Graduate/PG in Agri-Science or related fields.
- Agri-InputsBiologicals/Fertilizers/Pesticides exposure is a must.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills -reading, emailing, speaking.
- Should have good team management skills.
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial skills.
- Good convincing ability to ensure leads are turned to Sales.
