About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
- As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our products/services online and drive business growth.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve revenue objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition & retention from digital initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to map the customer journey and persona.
- Drive strategy and planning to scale KSK application engagement, retention, AOV & revenue generation by increasing unit sales.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products/services for the brand.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, sales materials, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including agri-content, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns (PPC: Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and analyze product marketing performance metrics (DAU/MAU), track campaign effectiveness, and report on ROI to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance on Meta and Google, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree or digital marketing diploma is a plus.
- Proven experience (7-12 years) in a marketing role, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, GTM, CRM software, Whatsapp Business and marketing automation tools (Moengage, netcore, etc.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Prior experience in marketing for D2C startups / Agricultural E-commerce is a plus!.
- Have experience of team / people's management with at least 15 teammates.
