Corporate Sales Manager
- Develop and implement periodic sales targets while driving initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Manage growth targets for each customer account, ensuring SKU-wise expansion and executing promotional/sales activities.
- Lead new customer acquisition by handling the complete business development cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, closures, and ongoing account servicing.
- Allocate monthly and weekly sales targets, conduct store visits as required, and oversee order management.
- Optimize shelf space for products in line with defined objectives.
- Finalize and execute Joint Business Plans with regional customer accounts.
- Focus on sub-channels within the Institutional Business segment.
- Accurately forecast SKU-wise sales on a weekly rolling basis to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customer accounts as per agreed terms.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree (MBA)
Must-Have Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B/Institutional sales within the FMCG industry.
- Proven expertise in managing distributors for the Institutional segment.
- Experience working within the Delhi NCR region.
- Hands-on experience servicing sub-channels for Institutional sales, including corporate offices, hospitals, schools, colleges, hotels, amusement parks, and highways.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
