Key skills for the job
1. Own the entire B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
2. Lead sales initiatives for enterprise IT services such as custom software development, application modernization, and staff augmentation.
3. Drive sales of in-house software products by conducting product demos, negotiating pricing, and planning implementations.
4. Identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients through strategic outreach.
5. Develop technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
6. Manage contract negotiations and successfully close high-value deals.
7. Maintain a structured sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
8. Deliver compelling solution presentations to C-level executives.
9. Support basic marketing activities, including content creation for LinkedIn and other platforms.
Required Experience & Skills :
1. 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales of IT services or software solutions.
2. Proven track record in closing large IT service deals worth - 25L or more.
3. Experience in software product sales, including licensing models.
4. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
5. Familiarity with IT technologies such as Java, AI, Data Science, and React.
6. Exceptional proposal writing and presentation skills.
7. Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
