Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Manager to join our team in Bengaluru.
- This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for driving software sales, managing client relationships, and leading sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/software sales, sales management, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Lead and manage the software sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
Qualifications & Requirement:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of IT/software solutions and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
