- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Image and Video Editing Services division.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for creative services.
- This role involves identifying potential clients, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships across industries such as advertising, e-commerce, media, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for image and video editing services.
- Identify key industries and clients, such as e-commerce platforms, advertising agencies, and production houses.
Business Development:
- Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Understand client requirements and present customized solutions for their image and video editing needs.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by ensuring consistent quality and support.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client demands.
- Identify emerging opportunities and recommend service improvements or expansions.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with production and delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality output for clients.
- Partner with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Manage pricing discussions and contract negotiations to secure profitable deals.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies.
Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of image and video editing services and workflows will be an advantage.
Experience: 5 - 10 years.
Qualification: Post Graduation.
