We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling tech services to US enterprise clients, exceeding sales quotas, and succeeding in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the US enterprise market for tech services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to understand their technology needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- End-to-End Sales Activities: Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal creation, and contract negotiations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings.
- Achieve Sales Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales pipeline records using CRM tools.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in selling tech services to US enterprise clients.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas for at least 3 years.
- Client Focus: Experience working with Fortune 500 clients is required.
- Technology services sales experience in the financial sector is preferred.
- LinkedIn Network: Must have at least 1000 LinkedIn connections.
- Industry Expertise: Experience working in technology services companies.
- Location: Willing to relocate to Bangalore, Karnataka (if not already based there).

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
