1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA sector.
2. Present and promote food and beverage products to potential clients.
3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and market penetration.
5. Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
7. Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Requirements:
1. 3-4 years of experience in HORECA sales within the food and beverage industry.
2. Strong network in the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, catering companies).
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
4. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and sales development.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Mater's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in selling beverages, packaged foods, frozen foods, or gourmet products.
3. Knowledge of imported and local food products.
