We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Gifting Sales Manager to drive sales and build long-term relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, and account management, with a strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage end-to-end sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate gifting by targeting corporates, startups, and enterprises.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, procurement managers, and key decision-makers.
3. Promote a wide range of corporate gifting solutions, including customized gifts, premium hampers, and branded merchandise.
4. Understand client needs and provide personalized gifting solutions that align with their budget and branding requirements.
5. Drive revenue growth by meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Coordinate with vendors, designers, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
7. Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies in corporate gifting.
8. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
9. Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
11. Identify and target corporate clients for bulk purchases and customized gifting solutions
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or a related domain.
3. Strong network and connections with corporate clients.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to handle high-value corporate deals and bulk orders.
6. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics.
7. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
