Institutional Sales Manager
- Develop and implement periodic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales growth by setting SKU-wise targets, executing promotional and sales initiatives, and managing customer accounts.
- Lead new customer acquisition efforts, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and onboarding new clients.
- Allocate monthly and weekly sales targets, oversee store visits when required, and monitor order management.
- Ensure optimal shelf space allocation for products in line with company goals.
- Finalize Joint Business Plans with regional customer accounts to strengthen partnerships.
- Focus on sub-channel development for Institutional Business growth.
- Conduct accurate SKU-wise sales forecasting on a rolling weekly basis to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Oversee payment collection from customer accounts, ensuring adherence to agreed payment terms.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Postgraduate)
Key Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B or Institutional sales within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of managing distributors in the Institutional segment.
- Familiarity with the Delhi NCR market and experience working in the region.
- Hands-on experience in handling Institutional sales sub-channels such as corporate offices, hospitals, schools, colleges, hotels, amusement parks, and highways.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
