City Head - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (5-8 yrs)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic City Head to spearhead our operations in Ahmedabad or Hyderabad. As the City Head, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the city's operations, ensuring profitability, and leading a high-performing team. You will play a critical role in shaping the business strategy for your region and driving growth in alignment with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

P&L Management:

- Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the city, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.

- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on cost optimization and revenue generation.

- Regularly analyze financial metrics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

Leadership & Team Management:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across multiple functions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Set clear goals and expectations for the team while providing guidance and performance feedback.

- Ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Business Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute city-specific business strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals.

- Identify and seize growth opportunities in the local market, including partnerships and collaborations.

- Monitor market trends and competition to proactively address challenges and maintain a competitive edge.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

- Represent the company as a brand ambassador in all engagements within the city.

Key Requirements:

- Educational Background: MBA from a Tier 1 institute (e.g., IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc.) is preferred.

Professional Experience:

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing regional or city-level operations, with a focus on P&L management.

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, drive results, and exceed targets.

- Experience in the eCommerce industry is highly preferred.
