Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic City Head to oversee operations, drive profitability, and manage demand and supply dynamics in the city. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, the ability to implement long-term strategies, and the skills to foster new growth opportunities and expand the total addressable market (TAM).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the city's P&L and ensure profitability targets are met.

- Analyze demand and supply metrics to generate and optimize supply for market demand.

- Develop a strong understanding of market trends to identify and target key segments.

- Collaborate with top management and cross-functional teams to scale operations effectively.

- Build partnerships with regulatory authorities for initiatives such as awareness campaigns.

- Act as the liaison between the regional/central team and the city team.

- Collect feedback to improve customer and partner experiences and implement solutions.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team while fostering leadership development.

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of professional experience.

- MBA from premier institutions like IIM, IIT, BIT, or IT universities preferred.

- Strong project and people management skills.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

- Ability to perform under pressure with limited resources and tight timelines.

- Demonstrated leadership skills to drive team performance.
