Required Skills
● Technical Expertise: 4-8 years of strong experience in Python, with a proven ability to write clean, efficient code and optimize quality through comprehensive code reviews.
● Code Review & Quality Control: Expertise in conducting code reviews to enhance performance and maintain high standards of data quality, with a focus on quality assurance practices.
● Tool Customisation & Automation: Hands-on experience in customizing annotation tools and automating tasks to increase operational efficiency.
● Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead small teams of at least 3-5 developers, guide them through technical challenges, and mentor junior members to support their professional growth.
● Conflict Resolution & Resource Management: Strong skills in resolving conflicts and managing resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
● Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at explaining complex technical issues to diverse audiences, delivering constructive feedback, and providing clear updates to stakeholders.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in driving process improvements alongside engineering teams.

Experience required:
● IC3: 4-6 years of experience
● IC4: 6-8 years of experience
What does day-to-day life look like?
● Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of LLM code, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
● Tool Optimisation: Implement customizations and automation to improve team workflows and efficiency.
● Team Leadership: Lead a small team, providing technical guidance and setting clear expectations for project success.
● Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering and other teams to ensure technical requirements for data are met.
● Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance team processes and workflows to drive productivity.
● Stakeholder Interaction: Regularly communicate project updates and address any technical requirements from stakeholders.
