Technical Lead

Resonsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of React Native & Flutter mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
• Provide technical direction to the development team, ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Architect scalable, modular, and reusable codebases, optimizing performance across devices and platforms.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment of React Native apps.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and frameworks that improve development efficiency and app quality.
• Conduct and manage mobile application security audits, ensuring adherence to best practices in data security and encryption standards.
• Oversee and manage penetration testing for mobile apps, coordinating with external security teams or tools to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure secure communication between mobile apps and backend services using SSL/TLS, OAuth, and JWT.
• Perform regular code reviews, focusing on performance optimization, maintainability, and security loopholes.
• Implement analytics tools, crash reporting, and monitoring solutions to gain insights into app performance and usage.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis for production issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for architecture, security practices, and deployment processes.
• Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools, and apply them to improve the product.
• Coordinate with QA teams for end-to-end testing, including functional, performance, and security testing.
• Manage third-party SDKs and APIs, ensuring proper integration and compliance with security standards.
• Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and security guidelines for the team.
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and risks, and work on mitigation strategies.

Requirements and skills

• Have minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Mobile development.
• Must have working experience in banking domain.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, functional programming, and front-end languages
• Strong knowledge of React & Flutter fundamentals such as Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and component state
• A complete understanding of the full mobile app development lifecycle right from prototyping
• Knowledge of type checking, unit testing, typescript, prop types, and code debugging
• Experience working with REST APIs, document request models, offline storage, and third-party libraries
• Strong understanding of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of user interface design and responsive designs
• Well-versed in a variety of React Native software and technologies such as Jest, Enzyme, ESLint.
