Technical Lead

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Lead to oversee and manage the Datacenter Operations. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of technology with leadership and communication skills to mentor teams, ensure best practices, that aligned with business objectives.

• Provide L3/L4 support for CentOS, Ubuntu, and Rocky Linux environments, ensuring smooth operation and swift resolution of any issues or outages.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of different Application clusters, Kubernetes environments and other tech stacks
• Lead the ideation and execution of POC initiatives to explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Manage and troubleshoot operational issues to optimize performance and ensure high availability of services.
• Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support Data center expansion initiatives, including capacity planning, traffic management, software / hardware upgrades and infrastructure optimization.
• Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex system issues, identifying underlying causes and implementing permanent resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in P1/P2 to support for critical systems and infrastructure issues
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and technical expertise.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
• Work closely with business leaders to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of applications through proactive monitoring, incident management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Serve as a bridge between developers and infrastructure teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure seamless deployment and operation of applications.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience with a proven track record in technical leadership roles, Senior System Engineering, DevOps
• Proficiency in administering CentOS, Ubuntu, and Rocky Linux systems in production environments
• Familiar with load balancing, DNS, configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, ELK stack and Cloud Technologies
• Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, or equivalent).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as RHCE, CKA, or equivalent are a plus.
