Role Overview Description
● Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
● Continue to build a team of high-calibre QA engineers.
● Build test frameworks and set up test infrastructure.
● Drive automation initiative and make sure that there is continuous improvement in overall automation coverage.
● Define QA strategy, approach and execution in development projects.
● Optimize processes for speed, reliability, scalability, and automation wherever possible.
● Preparing QA SOPs, procedural documents, and reviewing test-related documents.

MUST have skills:
● 9-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
● Experience in handling a team of 10+ team members with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage individuals and the team.
● Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
● Thorough knowledge of the automation process with experience in automation framework development of API, Web, and Android/iOS.
● Must be fluent in coding with programming languages like Java/Python/C++.
● Should have strong experience in SQL/PL-SQL, Rest Services and API testing.
● Outstanding communication skills with great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
● Clear, logical, analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with dependent teams.
● Be an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, and industry-recognized Best Practices.
● Understanding and experience with continuous development and integration (CI/CD). Experience using at least one popular CI tool like Jenkins, CircleCI, Gitlab, etc.

Ideal Candidate:
● An accomplished individual with 10+ years of QA delivery experience.
● Experience setting up test plans, and test environments and working on the entire QA lifecycle from project kick-off to release.
● Experience in leading a QA team with the ability to guide, mentor and groom team members successfully.
● Should have excellent communication and presentation skills and be willing to go that extra mile to attain perfection.
● Should be willing to work in a very fluid environment and take complete ownership of the QA team.
● Ability to do hands-on and guide team to custom design end-to-end test automation frameworks and new features on any desired tool/technology.
