Role Overview Description
Test Strategy and Planning

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.

Test Execution and Automation

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
• Develop and expand automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing.

Quality Assurance Leadership
Ensure adherence to QA best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

• Lead root cause analysis for defects and drive corrective actions.
• Act as a quality advocate within cross-functional teams.

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in existing QA processes and implement improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging QA technologies and tools to drive innovation.

Requirement:

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, including manual and automation testing.
• Strong experience with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
