Senior Analyst - B2C

About the position

Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

Job Purpose:

You will be the Country lead of the Bill to Cash process within the Finance Shared Service at Flora Food Group. You will be managing BPO partner and other key stakeholders within Flora Food Group to deliver services ensuring quality and cost effectiveness and driving efficiency & process enhancements.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Master s / bachelor s degree in finance or accounting, or a related field from an accredited college/university with 8+ years of work experience

2. 8+ years of experience in BPO/ Finance Shared Services. Extensive knowledge of the end-toend Bill to Cash process. Relevant experience in Accounts Receivable domain - Order to Cash / Bill to Cash, Customer Claims and Disputes management, Collections & Credit Management, Cash Application, Billing

3. Excellent knowledge and experience in SAP S4 Hana Accounts Receivable module, MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of RPA and BTC tools, Power BI, Web-collect, High Radius

4. Experience of managing BPO partner, build One Team mindset between multiple teams to unlock performance. Flexible to work across time zones, stretched working hours based on process need and business requirement.

5. Lead country service delivery, influence direct and indirect stakeholders, promote core business values and work ethics, coach and develop the team. Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

6. An outperformer or A player in his previous organization and roles. Can do attitude, ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment. High sense of accountability and responsibility for results and team performance

So, what does it take to be successful in this role

1. Ensure the right services are delivered at the agreed quality and cost levels. The BTC Senior Analyst will reporting to the BTC Assistant Manager/Global BTC Manager and will be part of the Flora Food Group FSS Organization.

2. Monitor Process Health Indicators (PHI, KPI, SLA) and ensure process compliance by working with stakeholders within business and BPO partner to deliver as per Target Operating model and agreed RACI.

3. Review performance and in areas of underperformance, holds service provider employees and delivery owners accountable to perform root cause analysis, define corrective, mitigating actions in a recovery plan. Monitor the delivery and effectiveness of the recovery plans.

4. Actively involved in the BTC continuous improvement and transformation projects and collaborates closely with all involved parties to design and implement. Data analysis capability and experience of global service delivery

5. Keeps Flora Food Group FSS stakeholders up to date regarding BTC initiatives. Establish and Improves communication channel with Markets, FSS & Outsources Business Partner.

6. Monitoring and Improve Knowledge Management and ensuring process Documentation (Process Maps, DTP s, Exception logs, etc) are consistently updated.

7. Track and Records recurring process issues & risk - and formulate action plan for permanent resolution. Ability to identify and drive improvements.
