As Financial Controller MENA you are a member of the MENA Controlling team. You work from our office in Bangalore and you directly report to the Head of Finance MENA as part of our virtual team set-up across different locations.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly qualified senior financial controlling professional to strengthen our MENA Financial Controlling team. We are looking for an absolute A-player in finance with strong communication skills who is ready to take on this senior role in Flora Food Group.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role

1. Technical Expertise: Lead financial control activities with strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, Corporate Tax, and SAP (S4Hana). Manage balance sheets, VAT and corporate tax filings, month-end close, and statutory audits. (10+ years of relevant experience)
2. Communication and Business Partnering: Clearly convey complex financial information to stakeholders, including the Head of Finance, Commercial Finance Manager, and Global Controlling Team. Build trust and foster collaboration through effective communication.
3. Passion and Performance: Drive positive change with a proactive, hands-on approach. Focus on delivery, ownership, and a growth mindset to lead financial control activities and identify areas for improvement.
4. International Exposure: Oversee financial control activities in the MENA region, ensuring compliance with local tax and statutory requirements. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to R2R improvement projects.
5. Leadership and Impact: Build a personal brand based on trust and accountability. Develop the financial control organization, manage overhead tracking, and lead local tax and statutory compliance.
